Romance Writers Weekly – Where In The World?

Hello and welcome to the Tuesday blog hop! I was gone last week, but now I’m back. If you missed what the amazing Brenda Margriet had to say, just click and pop back. Today the incredible Leslie Hachtel asks us:

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?

Oh wow… the question is: where don’t I want to travel…

I wish I had the money now to go around and travel, but alas I don’t. So far I’ve been to Canada (Toronto, Montreal, Halifax, St. John’s) England, Italy (Venice, Florence, Rome) and some of the states in the U.S.

I would love to go so many more places! I’ve always wanted to go back to Italy and explore more of the areas we didn’t get to. I think traveling to Greece would be amazing. Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Scotland, Paris, the list goes on and on.

I’m thinking I have to make a bucket list and save lots of money to go to some of these places. Hopefully one day it won’t be just a dream and I’ll actually get to make it to someplace far away.

One of my biggest regrets in school was not doing a semester abroad. It just didn’t end up working out. I would have absolutely loved to do that! Maybe I will go if my son decides to do travel for school. He’ll love that… 😉

I would like to visit all these different places and immerse myself in the culture. If there was a place I had to spend 6 months or more in, I think I would choose Italy or England. I would go back to those places in a heartbeat.

Until I’m able to plan a trip, I will keep dreaming away of all the places I want to visit. Thanks for coming away with me! Now continue on the hop and see where the talented Leslie Hachtel would like to go. Until next time, enjoy your travels.
