Hello and welcome to the blog hop. I was away last week, but now I’m back. My family and I took a little break and drove up to the snow for a weekend away. Everything was perfect! The sun shone every day and it was warm. We were able to go sledding and snowshoeing. My son had a blast being outside, he never wanted to come in. I’m hoping we can get up one more time before the snow melts, they’ve said they are keeping some ski resorts open until June!

Have you seen any movies this year? If so, which one was your favourite and why?
This year I’ve only seen two movies. I’ve seen Aquaman and Isn’t It Romantic.
Both of those were great! I absolutely loved Aquaman. I’m a huge Marvel, DC fan/nerd. We haven’t seen Captain Marvel yet, and Avengers Endgame comes out next month! I need to go and see those! I’m so sad that most of the Avengers cast is leaving after this, but it has been many years for some of these actors. Aquaman was everything I hoped it would be and more. It added a great backstory to the Justice League. I’m hoping they will make a second movie! I highly recommend watching Aquaman, plus, hello Jason Momoa! Damn!
The other movie I saw was Isn’t It Romantic. It was so light and funny, a perfect girlfriend date. My friend and I needed a night out and we popped over to the theatre and ate a whole bunch of popcorn and treats, it was so much fun. I highly recommend watching this movie when it comes out to rent. I will definitely be watching this again when it comes out. I laughed the entire time, and it’s been a long time since a movie has done that.
So I think my favourite was Aquaman, but Isn’t It Romantic was pretty close. I’m looking forward to seeing what everyone else has seen this year! Now continue on the hop and see what the amazing Brenda Margriet has seen. Until next time!
