Welcome to the blog hop! My son’s spring break is almost here and I think we are ready for that much needed time off! The kids are getting squirrelly. We are going to be headed to Maui for a week and I’m so excited to relax on the beach. I want to play in the sand with my kids and read some good books. If anyone has some book recommendations, send them my way!
Today we are asked If you could be friends with anyone who is alive today, who would you choose and why?
As I sit here on the couch after work writing this, my mind is completely blank. I asked my husband and he says he really wants to be friends with Ryan Reynolds just because he’s hilarious or Ashton Kutcher to pick his entrepreneurial brain.
I would love to be friends with some of my favourite authors, Meg Cabot and Sara Bennett, Tamora Pierce and Anna Harrington. They write strong powerful heroines in all their books and it would be wonderful see them in their day to day lives, see how they work and how they relax.
The first man that pops into my mind is Harrison Ford. I think it would just be so cool to be friends with him. He’s super smart and I think I would learn a lot from him. Everything about him is awesome. All you have to say is “I know.”
Another man is Hugh Jackman because he is insanely talented and all around nice guy. Being friends with him would be fun. I feel like you would get to do a lot of interesting things.
This doesn’t count because she recently passed away, but it would be incredible to be friends with the Queen. I think that would have been very interesting.
If you missed what the fantastic Leslie Hachtel had to say just click and pop back.
Or continue on the hop to see who the wonderful Jill Haymaker wants to be friends with.
