Romance Writer’s Weekly – All I want for Christmas is…

Happy Holidays and welcome to the last blog hop of the year! I hope everyone is gathered around with their families and having a wonderful time. If you missed what the wonderful Tracey Gee had to say just click and pop back. Today the talented Leslie Hachtel asks us:

If you could get anything in the world you wanted for Christmas, what would it be?

Wow! I don’t know, I’m having a hard time answering this question. I’ve told everyone that I like book gift cards and household items since we just bought a house, but this year I would just like the company of family and friends.

It would be amazing to have a family reunion. We are all very spread out across the U.S. and I haven’t seen some of my cousins and aunts and uncles for more then 8 years! It’s always been hard for my family members to get together especially my dad’s side. My mom’s side of the family are in Washington State and Ohio. My dad’s side are in North Carolina, Chicago, and Arizona.

Most of us got together for our wedding but that was 8 years ago now and I haven’t seen some of them in that long! I would love to get together with everyone for a week and just spend time together. However, as you know it’s hard with family and not everyone has the time or doesn’t want to.

So if I wanted anything, I would want to spend time with family. Well world peace and a better future than the past year would be good too.

Continue on the hop and see what the incredible A.S. Fenichel wants for Christmas. Until next time! Happy holidays and a fantastic new year to you all!
