Romance Writers Weekly ~ Jean Shorts, No Date

Welcome to the blog hop! I’m so excited to be here with you today. I’m in the process of cleaning out our office so we can have laminate flooring put in! We are going to try and rip up the carpet ourselves to save some money, so we’ll see how it goes….

If you missed what the fantastic Jill Haymaker had to say, click and pop back.

Today we are asked What is one article of clothing that someone could wear that would make you walk out on a date with them?

Ohhh what a funny question! I definitely could not go out on a date with a guy in short, SHORT cut off jean shorts. That would just be creepy and weird. Why are they so short?

There are a lot of weird styles out there. Crop top shirts for guys is also a no no. Why would you wear something like that? The 80’s and 90’s did have a lot of interesting style choices. Even the style of jeans right now with so many rips and holes in them, it’s kind of like why are you even wearing jeans?? You might as well be wearing shorts.

I’m sure I wore some pretty questionable clothing in my youth, but hopefully no one saw me and walked out before a date even started.

That’s it for me today, now continue on the hop to see what article of clothing the fabulous Leslie Hachtel would not want to see on a date. Until next time!

Check out Leslie’s book Texas Summer
