Romance Writers Weekly ~ Would You Rather, A Travel Version

Hello and welcome to the blog hop! It was a beautiful weekend here in Northern California. We reached 80 degrees, 28 in Celsius for those who know that form. This is my max temp. I wish it never got hotter than this. It was perfect to sit and relax and not get too hot.

Today we are asked Would you rather vacation at the beach, a Scottish castle or Paris and why?

That is a tough decision! I think since I’ve been at the beach many times I would choose a Scottish Castle or Paris. I’ve always wanted to visit both Scotland and Paris. So I hope to eventually visit both, but I think I would choose a Scottish Castle!

A very good writer friend of mine wrote an entire series set in Scotland, and I just love how she wrote it and the description of everything. She had visited a Scottish Castle and from her visit there came her vision for her books. I think it would be so incredibly interesting to visit Scotland and see all the castles and hear about their history.

I would love to spend about a week in Scotland just exploring. I like to try and do ghost tours in each city I visit. The Scotland tour would be full of interesting stories and who knows what you might learn! I’d love to immerse myself in the Scottish culture and just everything about it.

I turn 40 next year so I’m trying to decide on a place to visit. Maybe Scotland will be my trip!

That’s it for me today, until next time!

Now continue on the hop to see where the wonderful Leslie Hachtel wants to visit.
