Romance Writers Weekly – This is Halloween

Boo! It’s Halloween time! I just love this time of year. You get to dress up and pretend to be someone else. This fits in perfect with the blog topic today provided by the talented A.S. Fenichel. But if you missed what the incredible AJ Anderson had to say just click and pop back.

It’s almost Halloween… do you like to dress up? Did you ever? What’s the most fun part of Halloween for you and how do you celebrate?

I love, love, love to dress up! My son likes to dress up too. This year he is a ghost. We try to think of something creative each year. Sometimes it’s just been store bought costumes, but other years we’ve gone all out! This was one of those years…

My husband found a meme of Teenage Mutant Tina Turners and we went for it! Wigs, green paint, leopard print dresses, cowabunga dude! The first one is of me and my husband and then the second one is of the friends that did it with us.

I have to say it was one of the most fun Halloween’s we’ve had in a long time. It took us an hour and a half to put on all that green paint, and about half as much time to wash off! It was a great Halloween, now we have to start planning for next year.

That’s it for me, now continue on the hop to see what the amazing Caro Kinkead has to say. Until next time! Enjoy your Halloween!
