Welcome to the blog hop! It’s starting to get warmer and warmer. I finally had to crack and put the air conditioning on so we could sleep at night.

Today I ask: What is your favourite thing to do in summer?
My family and I usually love to be by the pool in the summer because it gets so hot. When we lived in St. John’s our favourite thing to do was hike and eat ice cream at an amazing ice cream place.
I love to do a lot of outdoor activities during summer. We play outside, swim, hike and hang out with friends. I would like to go camping this summer. We used to camp a lot when I was a kid. We would go to Oregon or Washington and stay for a while then drive back.
I hope we can get some road trips in and go to Monterey. If you haven’t been, you should go! It’s one of my favourite places to visit. It’s a small fishery town, which reminds me of St. John’s.
Ice cream is the best in summer, so I will definitely be going to find some good ice cream!
There is a drive in movie theatre that is about 20 minutes away from us and I would love to try that out one summer night! I think they do double features and that would be awesome.
