Romance Writers Weekly- My interview with Alanna

It’s blog hop day! If you’re joining me from Brenda Margriet, then welcome!

Today S.C. Mitchell asks us to: Tell us about the people living in your head right now. Do an interview with the hero and/or heroine of your current work in progress or your latest release.

Well, I’ve never done an interview with my characters before so this should be interesting!

Jenna: Hi Alanna, thanks for joining me today! How are you?

Alanna: I’m well, thank you. I wonder when you are going to write my story?

J: (laughs) Aren’t you getting right to the point. I’m trying to get all the details into place.

A: You certainly enjoy taking your time. I’ve only been in your head for eight years. You’ve told my cousin’s story, now it’s my turn. I am a big part in her story.

J: I know, I know. Your story has evolved so much over time and now it’s time to show your side to everyone.

A: People think they know a lot about me but they don’t. I’m not the prim and proper miss that everyone thinks I am.

J: Is that so? I wonder what your cousin would think of you.

A: Please, she musn’t know about me. It wouldn’t do for her to know the truth.

J: Alright I promise I won’t tell her. Am I still able to write your story though? It keeps bouncing around in my head, it needs to be written on paper.

A: Yes, you can as long as she never sees it. I hope that you can write my story. I know it might not end as people might hope, but there is some good in it. I must go now time is against me.

J: I will do my best to make the most of your story. Thank you for taking the time and sitting down with me. Your story will be written this year.

A: My pleasure. Until the pen meets the paper.

There you have it. My interview with Alanna, who’s in a prequel to Wrongfully Wed. Now continue on the hop and see who J.J. Devine has interviewed. Until next time!
