Romance Writers Weekly ~ Brrr, Rabbit!

Good morning fellow readers! I hope you’re having a wonderful Tuesday. I started coaching again and I’m already tired. It’s good to see the kids again. Last Tuesday was a crazy day for me, I was almost hit by a car that had been stolen! It was a horrific accident that ended up with a car exploding and flying over top of my car and others severely injured. It was nerve wracking and I’m still a bit shook up by it. I’m hoping for a calm Tuesday tomorrow.

On to happier topics. It’s still cold out. What do you do to warm up?

I know we don’t have snow where I live, but the evenings are still getting really cold! Brrr Rabbit is what my mom always says when it’s cold outside. I love taking baths to warm up. They surround me with warmth and I grab my book and read for a while.

Blankets are also the best. I snuggle up on the couch with a blanket and a good book or tv show and just relax.

A good cup of coffee or hot chocolate is always a great way to warm up. I like to wrap both hands around the mug and feel the warmth seep into my hands.

That’s it for me today, see what the talented Leslie Hachtel does to warm up. Until next time!

Neasa MacKenzie wants to have an adventure. Living and working in the sixteenth century at Eilean Donan castle, she is lucky enough to meet Skye and Harper, both from the future. And they have a way for her to travel to their time. It is also a chance to check on Davina, a villainous woman who managed to go to the future and might pose a risk.

What she doesn’t anticipate is meeting the love of her life and facing untold risks, as well as experiencing the present day through the eyes of one from hundreds of years ago.

Facing tests of courage and strength, can she hold on to all she has found or will she be thrown back to a past that threatens?
