Romance Writers Weekly – April Fools!

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the blog hop! I hope everyone had a great Easter with their family. We spent ours recovering from colds and playing outside. If you missed what the talented S.C. Mitchell had to say, just click and pop back.

Today I ask everyone:

April 1st has just passed. Do you play or have you played an April Fool’s joke?
I remember playing jokes when I was a kid, little things like putting fake poop somewhere for someone to find. I hid stuff in closets to scare people. However, I haven’t actually played a good joke on anyone in a long time.
I didn’t even think about playing a joke this year. Sometimes I like to hide around corners and scare my husband, but then he does it to me and I scream really loud! I’m sure my son will soon start playing tricks on us, I don’t know if I am ready for those days.
I’ve seen a couple of good ones going around like putting an air horn under a friends chair and whenever they sit down it goes off, decorate your friend’s office in newspaper, or hiding things in jello like car keys or glasses.
There is definitely one I want to try at some point and that is chocolate covered brussels sprouts! I think that would be a great trick to play on someone. I love brussels sprouts, but I know some people that don’t like them.
Muaaah aahhh ahhh! (Insert evil laugh)
Now continue on the hop and see what the incredible Leslie Hachtel has to say about April Fool’s jokes. Until next time!
