Hello, hello and welcome! This coming Thursday is Thanksgiving in the US and I’m very excited to eat some delicious food! We usually host and are hosting again this year. My parents and uncle are coming, and my husbands parents, sisters and aunt and uncle as well. We have thirteen total which will be a time! My hubby makes the turkey, stuffing, gravy and brussel sprouts, I make the pies and we have everyone else bring the sides!
Today the wonderful Leslie Hachtel asks us:
With Thanksgiving coming up this week…What are you most grateful for?
I am very thankful for many things but I think I am most grateful for my friends and family. I love spending time with both. We have some good friends that have been with us through thick and thin no matter what. We left a lot of really amazing friends in St. John’s but still talk with them and I know they will always be there for us.
Our friends live somewhat close to us, so it’s nice to grab a bite to eat or go for a coffee. I have yet to find a great friend who lives very close so we can go to the bookstore, sit, drink coffee, and chat.
I love my family and being close to them. We live about twenty five minutes away from them, so not too bad. It’s nice that my son can go and see his grandparents every weekend if he wants to.
My family and friends are so important to me. It’s always nice to be close and to have people who love and care about you.
Well that’s it for me. If you missed what the amazing Leslie had to say, just click back or hop forward to the incredible A.S. Fenichel and see what she’s grateful for.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone, enjoy spending the time with you families!
